Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after processing, on the next business day after the order is received.

Average delivery times are 24 hours to 3 business days depending on the carrier, in mainland France and the European Union. Delivery is free for purchases over €200 in mainland France; a flat rate of €15 applies for Europe.

Our partner carriers are La Poste, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, and DHL. Risks are transferred to the Customer upon taking possession of the package.

Any reservations must be reported to the carrier and to sav@iletaitunfil.com as soon as possible.
