Returns

The Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product, to the original payment method.

Procedure

The Customer must write to sav@iletaitunfil.com; a return form will then be sent to them and must be included with the package.

Conditions

The product must be returned complete, in its original condition and packaging, unworn, with its pouch and tag.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Personalized products

Personalized products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal; they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Return to the workshop

Direct returns to the workshop are generally not accepted; an exception may be considered on a case-by-case basis, upon request.
